DAS Fire, a Reading-based provider of fire detection and suppression systems for the data centre sector, has announced two senior appointments, including a new managing director.
Dave Parry has been promoted to managing director, bringing extensive leadership experience to oversee the firm’s ongoing expansion. He succeeds Stuart Parker, who will remain involved in a consulting capacity.
Paul Darke has been appointed executive director, continuing to lead DAS Fire’s customer engagement and commercial partnerships.
The appointments follow the acquisition of DAS Fire by Alpine Group in October 2024. Claire Owens, chief executive of Alpine Group, said: “These changes represent an important step forward for DAS Fire. We are deeply grateful to Stuart for his leadership and lasting contributions.
