A Devon entrepreneur has expanded his South Coast shipping network with the launch of a new PACK & SEND franchise in Brighton & Hove. The move follows his acquisition of another centre in Plymouth earlier this year in February.
PACK & SEND operates a network of UK centres offering postal, freight, courier, packing and removal services. The company specialises in the shipment of fragile, large, awkward and high value items. Its services have included handling works by internationally renowned artists such as Banksy, Damien Hirst, Andy Warhol, Tracey Emin and Jeff Koons. PACK & SEND is also an approved provider to LAPADA, the UK’s largest association of professional art and antiques dealers.
Beyond artworks, the company regularly ships hi-tech parts, IT and electronic units, manufacturing components, medical and laboratory equipment, and musical instruments. Each centre manages a wide variety of items, with operations tailored to secure, specialist handling.
Entrepreneur Osazee Oyegue commented on the Brighton launch, saying: “PACK & SEND specialises in handling shipments of any size, value or fragility with precision and care.
“From delicate artworks to large machinery, we ensure items are securely packaged and safely transported to destinations worldwide.
“We have a huge variety of items coming through the door, and no two days are the same.
“As we expand, we’re looking to build up the team, and we are looking forward to working with people and businesses across the counties we service.”
The expansion of PACK & SEND in Brighton & Hove reflects a wider strategy to strengthen service coverage along the South Coast. With operations across multiple centres, the business is positioned to support both domestic and international logistics needs for a diverse range of clients, including private collectors, commercial enterprises and specialist industries.
The new franchise also highlights the continued demand for professional shipping and packaging services capable of handling delicate or high value items, demonstrating the importance of trained staff, robust systems and secure transport networks.
