Leading law firm Howes Percival has advised the shareholders of Medicare Insourcing Services, a leading provider of clinical insourcing services to the NHS, on its investment from Bay Tree Private Equity.
Founded in 2018, Medicare provides NHS Trusts with additional capacity to reduce their waiting times and deliver improved clinical outcomes. The business provides insourcing solutions across diagnostics and outpatient services, deploying clinical teams directly into NHS facilities.
Howes Percival advised on all aspects of the transaction from heads of terms stage through to completion. Gareth John and Tanya Hancox advised the shareholders on the sale of Medicare and Oliver Pritchard and Helaina Mann advised the management of Medicare on the post completion investment.
