After the successful sale of the final home at Bramley Park development in Warsash, Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties is celebrating a brand-new community.
Since opening in 2023, Bramley Park has brought 85 new homes to the Warsash community, ideal for first time buyers, downsizers and growing families alike, and during this time Taylor Wimpey has collaborated with a number of local causes and groups in the area.
This support includes making £250 donations to Fareham Foodbank and the Southampton Sunday Lunch Project which are two charities that provide essential cost of living support in the Hampshire area.
The Fareham District Scout Band and 1st Warsash Sea Scout Group have also received £250 donation to go towards equipment costs.
Roz Wells, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties, said: “We are delighted to have brought a new community to Warsash and to have had the opportunity to give back to the local area with our donations.
“We encourage those looking for homes in this area to visit our Woodlands Chase development in Whiteley and have a chat with our friendly sales team to find out about the incentives and offers available there.”
The housebuilders have also supported Sarisbury Infant School with a £250 donation towards its school trip to the Brickworks Museum in Swanwick in 2024 and then continued its support this year with a donation of a reading area. This space was crafted by Taylor Wimpey’s apprentices to replace the school’s previous one which had become unfit for use, and was designed based on inspiration images provided by the school.
